TWM and O2 shortlisted for industry awards
TWM, creators of learning experience platforms built on a learner-centric ethos, has been shortlisted for three awards for their development of O2 Campus, in partnership with the O2 team.
The Learning Technologies Awards will take place on 21 November 2018 celebrating the best in industry and recognising the commitment, enthusiasm and passion for learning technologies across the world. TWM and O2 Campus have been shortlisted for the Best Learning Technologies Project – UK Commercial sector and Best UK Learning Platform Implementation.
In February 2019, the Learning and Performance Institute will host its annual Learning Awards to recognise outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence in Learning and Development. TWM and O2 have been shortlisted for the People Development Programme of the Year for their work with O2 Campus.
O2 Campus is a new corporate university. A community where people connect, learn and grow. Much more than a new learning platform, O2 Campus is designed around the user’s experience. It’s a space where all O2 UK employees gain skills and knowledge to share with colleagues across their network. Somewhere for current and future employees to get excited about the O2 brand.
Sarah Kilian, Client Director, TWM said: “I am thrilled that we have been announced as finalists for three awards with the O2 Campus. To be recognised by two leading industry organisations is an incredible honour. The teams at TWM and O2 Campus have really put the employee at the heart of the online campus and we are seeing great engagement as a result – fingers crossed for November and February!”
James Little, Digital Learning Manager, O2 commented: “Our long-standing relationship with TWM meant this was a real team effort. O2 Campus is digital, aligned to how we consume content and puts our people in control of their development. The personalised development paths are aligned to the business strategy and will enable fantastic conversations for line managers and teams. Being shortlisted for an award is fantastic and to us, it is award-winning already.”
