TWM brand refresh and website launch - a fitting celebration of 15 years

Spring is time of renewal and fresh starts and that’s exactly the case for TWM this year as we launch our new brand and website and celebrate our 15th birthday!

Every business has to evolve over time to meet changing client needs and adapt its positioning for target audiences. Early this year we decided it was time for a TWM make-over.  So, what’s changed?

We’ve updated the logo to make it more ergonomic and modern. Our new strapline ‘developing people, transforming business’ sums up our core focus of boosting engagement, promoting a learning and development culture, and transforming organisational and individual performance.

We wanted to showcase our expertise and approach, so the different brand elements help to convey a knowledgeable, clear,  effective and friendly personality. New photographic elements communicate the people-first approach we take to our learning and development solutions. And refreshed marketing collateral tells a strong story about core benefits, as well as our values of collaboration, flexibility, trust and accountability.

Most importantly, our website is now super-slick, showcasing the TWM learning experience platform, as well as CareerBurst, client stories and useful FAQs. If you’d like to take a look, please visit
